Sent to the Nicobar Islands to investigate a suspect insurance claim, Biggles and the team uncover a major smuggling operation being run by an ex-US Army Colonel.

Underestimating the reach of the Colonel, the team come close to disaster several times before turning the tables when they invade his secret island base.
