The Air Police of Britain, France and America join forces to destroy a dope smuggling operation that disguises drugs as sweets (candy) and targets American children.

The operation starts when the American officer, Eddie Ross, attracts the wrath of the gang. Biggles and Co join the operation and trace the dealers to a monastery on a small Greek island. Here the base, and most of the gang, are destroyed.
